Lama sangat x singgah sini.. This entry is on tailor.. Sabar tau kalau baca entry nie.. I'm a true NOOB in this whole thing.

My pergi KL Festival City last weekend. Tetiba ternampak satu kedai. They have bridal dress displayed which explained why I ended up in that boutique. The staff, sgt lah peramah. Bonus point di situ. Orang Taiping lak. Utara sama geng lah. Ok..

I went in asking about tailoring of my dress. I have bought chiffon beaded lace (pardon me if I said it wrong) back in Bandung. I found that the tailoring cost at Balqys boutique starts at RM200++ which is sooo reasonable to me. Jangan la ckp yang riban riban with me. I seriously can't afford it though people would say kawin skali je seumur hidup (InsyaAllah). Ok.. but the price is for normal baju kurung with lining. If I want the 'kain' trend sekarang like with 8 panel (I hope you understand since I myself didn't really get how it looks like.. But I guess it's the flowy flowy thing), the price goes up from RM280++. Still OK.

The thing is now.. that price is for plain chiffon, while mine is with beaded. She explains to me, if I'm going to use the material, the price is going up to RM650++ since they need to take off all the beads and sew them back once done. I kinda don't really mind spending new budget on new material ..

BUT..

Do you have any suggestions on other tailor that can sew my chiffon beaded lace with less cost? Or are you saying that is the real price? I'm just asking. I just want to make normal baju kurung moden or maybe if teringin nak letak butang-butang kat belakang ke kat tangan ke..

A small request from me to all of you. My father has been confirmed that he has blockage to his heart. I quite do not understand the medical term but my mother told me that he's going to be needing heart surgery sooner or later. Still in check up process. So, I guess for our raya this year, we might spending our raya at home. Well, that one I don't mind. Huhuhu..

Still on brazilian wax topic.. Last few weeks, someone e-mailed me on this particular thing, regarding hukum on doing Brazilian wax, since we need to expose our private part to another person. Well, I guess most of us (Muslim ladies) know, that it is haram to expose our aurat to others except our lawfully wedded husband. I have no say since I did that and kinda like the result (*Opsiee), I am going to share it anyhow. She requested me to inform all Muslim b2bs/bloggers about this. It's a good thing to share good things/infos with others right?

Gosh.. As promised.. A review by yours truly.

Can't believe it.. I did it!! As mentioned in previous entry, I made an appointment at Honeypot Wax Boutique located at Bangsar Shopping Center. It is located behind Clarins, 2nd floor. After filling in the form, I was guided to the room by Natalie. She's my wax therapist for the day.

The room

She told me to strip down (only my jeans & panties), then lie down on the bed. A towel was provided to cover your top. No idea. Did I feel weird? Hmm.. Initially, a bit weird. But then, the feeling went away and to be honest nothing at all. Hahaha.. She's a professional and did the waxing very quick. It's not painless. But bearable. Need to bend the legs to make it easier. On scale of 1 to 10 (10-most painful), I would say it is at scale 4. The bit painful, is when she tweeze some short hair. That's a bit ouch!! I made my mind to do waxing since all the reviews said that after wax, the hair will regrow much finer compare to shaving. AND also you won't feel itchy like after shave when the hair is growing back. So far, so good. Ngeeeeeeee..

If your skin is dry, then it is going to be a bit more painful. I am looking forward to buy their homecare products to moisturized down there. Hmm.. looks like there are so many things for ladies to take care of. Another IF.. If you are not so hairy person, the pain is much lesser. The homecare products are from ~RM80 to ~RM120.

The entrance.. Your hubby, fiance, boyfriends or girlfriends can wait for you at the chair provided. Saw one guy waiting there on my way out. It only took merely 30 minutes for my session to finish. Great experience till I vow to myself not to shave anymore.. The price for Hollywood wax (all off) is RM98.

I would strongly suggest for b2bs to plan first if you are going for a brazilian wax. Like I'm pretty sure you do not want to have a wax 1 or 2 days before your big day since I read somewhere it's not appropriate for you to have sex just days after that. Ooopsieeee~@#$%! .. Should ask from the experience former b2bs.

Brazilian anyone? I'm sure it's been a hot topic among b2b ever since Huda reviewed about her experience from Strip. It is such a nerve wracking I must say for those who had done Brazilian wax since we have to strip down there and expose everything like giving birth? Gosh.. Anything for beauty I suppose.

I received a call from Natalie from Honeypot Wax Boutique regarding RM20 rebate as promotion which I registered earlier. I couldn't find the link where I registered for that. Total for Brazilian is RM98 so, I shall get RM78 after the rebate. Phewwww.. Honeypot Wax Boutique is located at Bangsar Shopping Centre. My appointment is on 8th January. Waaaaaa.. Not much photos taken since it was kinda humid (it's raining that day), so after eaten our meal, I dashed back home to change and went to Midvalley to be a shopping advisor to a dear friend. Me loikeee... It's for his hantaran btw.. I mean the shopping. >.< .. Happy for you friend. So, here is the bride and groom of the day. Cantik tau pemandangan di sana.. Banyak kat FB kekawan dia.. It was raining that day, even some part in KL was raining heavily. Luckily, upon approaching venue the rain stopped and the sun started to come out again.

Heartbroken People

Oopsie.. This entry is not about me.

It's just that lately I've been surrounding by hearts that had been broken to pieces. Serious.. bila dengar story diorg, to some people it may sound errrrr.. is there such a thing? What hurt the most that my friends nie mmg dah serius abis with their partner and they did look forward to their big day (I dunno why I like to use the big day instead of W day).

Guy #1
He told me that he didn't end up with his gf because her parents kinda disapprove their relationship. I was confused since I was told that in the beginning he had met his so-called-future-in laws and I didn't hear any problem at that time. Then only I was told he broke up. Recently, he opened up to me that his ex married someone else odi. Pheww. Oh yeah b4 I forgot, my friend just started working few months ago. He just graduated. The reason behind the parents dislike him was "He was a student. His future was unpredictable." blablablabla.. The list goes on. Details are not going to be shared much. The girl had started working way earlier.. I think around 1 year before he graduated. The girl was devastated. Hm.. Yeah.. mungkin bukan jodoh dier. Bukan rezeki dier. But.. all we can do is pray and work hard for the best.

Guy #2

An old friend of mine too. He had to break up with his gf because he's not working in a government sector. Gosh.. this one really caught my attention. Is there really such a thing now? It's not that easy for all of us to get into government sector. Okay. I don't know if the parents had any other things in mind or maybe they too have some-extra-things that they did not prefer. But still, I am so glad my parents are not like that. Goodness. Well, I could see that my friend was really crashing down at some point.

Girl #1

We shared about this story about our other friend just now. I noticed that my friend had been going out on dates (I presumed.. *bukan kurma ye) with a guy recently. I was wondering how come her bf was here too frequent since from what she told me b4, her bf is working in Penang. Then tadi baru lah tau, rupanya that's her new bf. She said she couldn't stand the non-serious freaky bf anymore, who had been holding up the plan on marriage for so long. Just in time, came this new guy, who was serious about having her as his future wife. On which scale of seriousness, x yah lah kita nak tau kan. As long as she's happy.

So, I can see that we'll never know what lies beneath our future. Fingers crossed.

This was shared by a friend of mine. She told me that a friend of her asked for her honour in marrying him. Gosh. Ain't that sweet. Tapi not that super serious since that guy knew that the girl is not single but available. I have no idea what happened. And, the sweet thing is her-friend-yang ajak kawen told her it's not nice since she already had a boyfriend. Confuse kan? This guy told her that whenever the boyfriend already had a niat to marry her or anything close to that, that it is Haram (as we called in Islam) for him to cross the line. Err.. do you girls get what I meant?

BUT!!! Kalau fahaman ini salah, I x tau ok. Logically yes. But in terms of hukum, I am definitely a novice.

Nothing much to do on my weekend. Menghitung jam untuk berbuka ja.. Huhu. So, I googled here and there about wedding boutique, wedding planner, dais deco etc based somewhere in Northern. I managed to find some. So, wat entri siap2 untuk dijadikan rujukan pada masa hadapan. Tapi!! These 2 fotopages have this same (1st pic) on their website. Quite same concept and photos as well. So, basically I would want some of the designs above. They are so lovely not to be wanted, right? Haip. Ok. My dream dais would be a mixture of those 2 photos. Chairs by dterunadara photo since I've always wanted one single seat place. Not two individual chairs. Not that the 1st chair ain't nice, cumanya kerusi tue nampak cm besar, and it depends if I'm going to have it at home, it may take lots of space of the living room. Rumah kecik je. Then, the background would be black since my wedding dress most probably would be in grey colour. Plus, those are my favourite colours. AND it shall look much lovelier with draping crystals at the back. But.. if white is the backdrop, then rose pomander balls will be placed at the back. Bunga pahar? err.. x muat I think. Lady : Ada teddy bear lah dalam kereta. Mesti lelaki nie berjiwa lembut (sentimental kot).

Then, the commentator goes like "Lelaki muda x semestinya belum berkahwin....." Motif sampai bold? (>.-)

Yang sebenarnya kan, I x tau aper motif iklan nie.. hahahaha.. Tapi macam comel ja rasa. I was listening to this when we were in his car. Then, i was like out of sudden said "Ok lah. As usual during noon on weekend, he'll come and pick me to go for a lunch. I decided to treat him as recently it was his birthday and also just because I haven't had a biggy present for him. We opted for Chilli's as it's been a while since our last meal at Chilli's. Only today I knew Chilli's is also located at Midvalley. Haishh.. Before this tau kat KLCC ja.

We had to wait for a few minutes before we get to our table. Okay .. cut it short.. As I was on my 3/4 way to finish my Monterey chicken, then only I noticed I was cashless!!!! &*()^%$#@@$% ..
My Maybank card pun x ingat berapa lagi yg ada dalam tue sebab semlm dah swipe swipe swipe. Kad emas? Say no to the golden card!! Selagi boleh..

Luckily I was having my hearty lunch with him. As usual, he's my other saviour. Dulu-dulu haruslah my mum, my saviour. Owh.. No one could beat her. Okay.. tetiba rindu kat my mum. Next 2 weeks, I'm going back hometown. Yosh!!

A friend of mine, Kema is studying at Indonesia. Alamak. kat maner ek.. Malang yer Kema?

Ok ok.. Story nyer. I asked her a favour to look for 4 metres of white chiffon. Here, the cheapest I could find was ~ RM25 per meter. Total would be RM100. Belum tambah lining lagi. Hmm.. I knew that the total would still in budget compared to those chiffon beaded lace. Then, I remember Kema is coming back to Malaysia for good this coming raya. Alhamdulillah. Kan dah menyusahkan orang sikit. Hahahaha.. Hari tue g Indonesia tak pk lak nak beli. Haih.. So, she did a survey for me. The one that she found was the Japanese chiffon. Frankly, I would never knew the difference. I just ckp "I'm sure you knew better Kema". Hoho.Then, yesterday she asked me there was 2 kind of white chiffon. One is putih tulang colour and one is putih. Putih mcm baju sekolah dia ckp. Sila abaikan kalau baju sekolah anda warna biru pengawas atau lain-lain. Entry nie agak mengada-ngada since I think I would go for the white (tapi tetap nak tulis entri pasal nie). The school uniform white. So ladies..

Quite a number of entries that I had posted about lousy things and yet after that all of them were deleted by yours truly.. Yes.. Me myself and I. Whenever I felt like I was totally a jerk or upset about something or feeling like betrayed by someone that you trust most (bukan yg hyper, micro scale yer..) or mad at someone, I would pour everything via blog. Well, it happens when I feel like I do not have anyone to share with especially him when obviously it's about him. But then, in this particular blog "A Long Way to The Isle" it's about a journey to a very precious day. InsyaAllah. Therefore I have in mind this blog is not supposed to be filled with rude or unhappy entries. It won't rhyme.

Hmm. I am trying my best not to share with anyone when I am having a bad day or like whenever I am upset about something/someone. After all, who likes to listen to your complains frequently? Everyone has their very own problems. Nobody's life is perfect. That's what we always hear. And I would always bear in mind that others might feel the same way towards me. We never know.

Hari ini, Selasa, hari pertama bekerja setelah berinduksi selama 2 minggu.. Huhu.. Lepas exam Induksi terus ja pergi KLIA. Selamat selamat. Selamat pulang ke Malaysia pada Ahad malam. Woahh. Lega dah jejak kaki ke KL.

Bandung and Jakarta was such heaven places for shopping. I believe for ladies who had experiences of shopping there would agree with me. Most of the materials, in terms of textile and kain telekung are cheaper as compared here. Bikin rambang mata saja di sana. I spent sampai duit rupiah in my wallet almost left none till I need to borrow my mother's Rp. Jakun la jugak actually. Sampai lunyai kertas note yg I tulis duit RM ---> Rp (convert). Dekat Pasarbaru, x sempat langsung nak tgkp gmbr. Sebab My bro yang pegang kamera.. And we got separated suddenly while shopping. That place was packed with stuffs and people thus it makes the searching for people difficult. It was a tiring trip but yet enjoyable. Will update later..

p/s - Btw. I bought 2 pcs of Jubah, which are quite big for me. I need them to be altered. Gatal tangan beli walaupun besar sket.. sebab been aiming to buy them tapi kat cni mahal. Disebabkan kat sana sangat murah smpai half price. Ader sesaper tahu kat mana or tailor yg boleh alter around here in KL?

Sebelum nak mula aper2 citer.. nak war-warkan.. bahawa.. movie A-Team tersgtlah best!!!! I knew I may be a lil bit behind, but still better.. Everyone of the A-Team has their very own personality and character.. So, without any spoiler, it's recommended..

At this moment, I was staring at the clock, figuring out when am I going to start doing my Induksi assignment.. Huhu.. Okies.. Later on. So, my current state of emotion about love @ my 'in a relationship' is going steadier than ever. Alhamdulillah. Why did I say that? It's just because nowadays, he's the one who brought up the issue or perhaps just mini issues, but still it bloomed my heart. Yeah I know.. poyo a bit here and there. Last night we went to his friend's wedding reception at Kelab Golf Perkhidmatan Awam (KGPA). I was left alone for quite sometimes (boring x tau nak buat aper since he went lepak with his friends), tapi nasib baik my camera was there with me. Nak camwhoring sendiri segan, so tangkap la gmbr aper2 yg patut. Haha. He once asked, "so, dah dpt idea cmner nak buat kenduri?".. Happy okay!! Adoi..poyo again. I always told him that I wanted a simple kenduri, like x yah nak bersambut-sambut (yg nie dia ckp mana boleh.. itu biasa kena la ada).. bersanding pun x mau (agreed).. even pelamin tue nak lah ader tuk photogs session.. Makan beradab pun nak awal. So nnt boleh la nak hang around ngan guest. After all, when I went over to any kenduri, especially my friends', of course la nak jumpa pengantin kan. Tapi x yah la nak ckp lebih2 kan.. takut nnt my big day turns out not the way I wanted. Satg takut sendiri yg over. (-.-)..

And during dinner recently, I asked him.."Nak bertunang ke?".. And he answered, "Yes". Not the way I planned. Tapi pk balik ok ja kan kalau nak bertunang.. dpt la extra one ring.. Hahahaha..*evil laugh.

We had a blast! The reception went flawless except a bit late than scheduled. Other than that, it was fabulous. I brought my camera along, but upon my arrival, I noticed the battery almost ran out. Frustrated yang amat.. Huhu. But then, no worries.. Frens kan ada. Bride's father gave a speech. He said 'The 1st wedding (his son) was an excitement. The 2nd (and the last, since she's the youngest) was kinda bitter and worried". Alamak betul ke? Sedih dan bimbang. Adoi la.. Quite a long speech he gave. Kalau I yg jadi bride tue harus nangis. Bride's mother was sobbing while standing beside his husband. It was screened on the 4 big screen so everyone could see a close up of everything. Tell ya.. She's a lucky girl! All of her wedding stuffs were by Man Kajang.

She looks gorgeous. Really envy her makeup. Noticed her veil? 3 metres I think. Perhaps more? The hand bouquet was made from fresh flowers. Double envy.

Us.. Time nie x tau nak wat per. Tengah tunggu pengantin masuk balik untuk tangkap gambar. So kitorang nyibuk2 dulu. Haha

Yang nie aksi OP suh buat. Senyum ikhlas!!

Cuti sekolah.. Banyak kenduri

Salam semua.. Seperti tajuk di atas...

There were quite a number of invitation cards that I received for June's wedding reception. Pening pening.. Semua nya kawan-kawan sekolah ngan uni. Yang pertama-tama sekali dah suh block the precious date was Lun. Her's is on 12th June 2010. Then come along her best friend, Afzan, who is going to have her kenduri on 5th June. Entry nie.Yang nie mmg x tahan.. Nasib la Afzan bgtau awal sebab kena pakai baju Melayu (atas-bawah) + sampin tuk lelaki. Terus la sy tarik En.K.A pergi Jalan TAR/Masjid India cari baju. Then came the idea nak matchy-matchy, so try lah pergi Jakel since I have never been to Jakel before. I had no idea where Jakel was located actually. So I end up tgk mana arah org yg duk carry paper bag/plastik Jakel. Kelakar pun ada. Last2 give up tanya bangla yg edar flyers tue. Baru la jumpa. Tersgtlah ramai org!! We end up buying 2 sets of matchy-matchy materials in less than an hour. That is so not me, FYI. Tapi maybe sebab I fail bab kain nie. Selalu mesti ada mak skali. Salesperson kat sana asyik nak potong kain cepat2 ja. Tension pun ada. Luckily hati nie kental, tak amik yg dier ckp cantik, padahal for my eyes, urghhhhh. We went up to have a look at the bridal section. Another thing is, I x faham pasal lace patches bagai nie. Tapi sekarang after blog walking rasanya dah faham sikit kot. Tgk2 ja kat atas tue since I shall be going to Jakarta this coming 24th June, so might going there and have a look 1st.

Then, my friend from matric, Ruzaini a.k.a Pakya (org panggil kau Pakya lagi ke?) punya kenduri dekat Dengkil - 6th June. Yg nie nasib baik dekat Dengkil. SO, boleh la singgah. Kad pun dah dapat td.

Yang 3 kenduri di atas ja yang dapat nak g. Yang lain..

Baju Melayu @ Bak

Yesterday we went over to Bak The Tailor at Jalan Masjid India to pick up his baju Melayu, which purposely to be worn for Afzan's wedding.. Ambik kau.. sampai kena buat baju Melayu tuk g wedding Afzan since her reception will be done in a quite formal reception I believe. Tapi best pulak since this is our first time, having a pair of sort of matching colour's attire. Kononyer lah. The baju Melayu turned out to be quite big (from my eyes), but then I think that's the way baju Melayu is worn. Akak tue cakap kalau nak kecik sikit, kena bgtau nak pesak kecik or just as simple as "x nak besar". Pandai lah diorg. You know what.. I think he is going to visit Bak again after this. For Baju Kurung, I think the charge is quite expensive. For normal baju kurung, it is RM120. I wanted a full lining, meaning to say the tailor's charge would be RM240. Terus cancel.. Huhu..

update : It is RM120 per pair of baju Melayu. Not sure if tambah sulam-sulam.

This entry may be out of topic a bit.. Tapi My xder nak rasa marah ke aper at the moment.. Heartless pun ada.

So, tadi turun office tgk pigeon hole ada surat for me. Surat untuk menghadiri kursus induksi (10-23 Jun). Mula-mula tgk lega lah sebab 24 Jun baru nak fly g Jakarta. Then, being the 1st timer, I have no idea about the exam. It shall be held on 24th!! Aduyai. Rasa berenti jap jantung. So, tanya la this one bald guy kat office. Cmner.. x leh tangguh ke (asking for an opinion). Dier ckp cmnie "Hah. Mana yg lagi penting. Induksi ke Indon? Pilih lah yang maner kamu nak. Kalau pilih Indon lambat le kamu sah jawatan. Indon tue bila2 boleh g." Mind you : The tone was damn annoying. Rasa nak aperkan je org tua tue. Don't get me wrong. I am way too grateful that the Induksi thing came just after working for 5 months. It's just that the Indon trip, I had planned and settled everything months back and siap kena beli flight lain lagi for my parents. Korg mesti tau kan kalau bab deal ngan parents nie kan issue dier kena amik berat lebih. We are not tht type of family who travels apertah lagi nak pi luar Malaysia. There were lots of things that I had dealt with my mother until she calmed down and finally now, she's excited about the trip. That matters the most.

And now.. this? In the 1st place I simply couldn't handle it anymore. I called the HR asking whether I can postpone it. And he told me this session would be the last for this year. Understood. Then I called my friend, who is going to Indon and she told me to call Air Asia and ask lah aper2 yang patut pasal tukar flight ke aper ke.. Tambah duit tue mmg harus lah kan. Tapi Air Asia? boleh ke? adoi. My last resort is to buy a new ticket flight. Tapi sekarang web busy. I'm glad my fren tue ok. Boleh bawa bincang. I am definitely not going to tell my mother. Sy takut ngan mak sy. Ayah sekali la kan. Yer la ckp ngan ayah mesti sampai kat mak.

My friend told me this "Induksi related to confirmation related to future". Not that I don't understand!! It's not easy to say "trip tue boleh pergi next time". My dah plan bagai & it's so easy for people to say that? Moreover, My bukan banyak duit nak pi trip tue suka2. Bukannya trip pi Port Dickson. My shopping dream to buy wedding things kat sana agak hancur sket. (-.-). That's my purpose of going there. Okay need to get some food. Baru boleh sambung pikir.

Diamond & Platinum Mother's Day Roadshow

Diamond & Platinum is having a Mother's Day Roadshow from 4th - 9th May 2010. We happened to be there last night, so we dropped by to have a look. They have quite plenty of choices for men and we only took a peek at Platinum collection. I did took one picture of the ring.

Tue pun before kena tegur. Tapi kan ok ja kalau kena tegur.. If it is forbidden for me to take pic of the collection, it's ok for me. But then, what makes me really annoying was the way that guy acted. The one who served us was very good. Sangatlah polite. Tapi the other guy.. He spoke Chinese okay with the guy who served us. Okaylah.. I tau lah dia Chinese. Tapi kan.. I x faham sepatah pun dier ckp aper. Mind you the tone was very rude. Seyes x hengen nak tgk muka laki tue.. Kalau x rasa nak maki ja. Tapi I noticed guy yg served kitorang perasan muka I dah berubah. Dia asyik ckp sorry ya.. Haih.. Nnt balik nak pi check ada tak larangan 'Tak Bagi Tangkap Gambar'. GoldHeart rilek ja bg tangkap gambar.. Oh ya.. Habib pun x bg.

Back to the ring collection.. price for Platinum ring (for men) started from RM3.2 k up till RM5k. If x silap. That was the price before discount. They have 15% discount. Then that guy told us that he can give 'member's extra discount', which is another 5% disc. Yg tue upon member's application rasanya.

Hand Bouquet

It would be fascinating if I can hold a bouquet of fresh flowers on my day. Note : fresh flowers. But then later on when I come back to Sg. Petani, I definitely need to find nearby florist if I want them on my big day. I think we do have florist in SP. Don't we?

This morning I found about bouquet dressing from MarthaStewartWeddings. They are soooooo lovely. I'm not a flowery girl, but still once in a while I would love to have them. And yes.. On my convocation day few years back, I strictly demand I wanted a bouquet of flowers. My parents knew that I don't fancy flowers, thus I need to tell them that I wanted it. Konon macam lepas keluar dewan dapat bunga surprise lah kan. Tapi yang beli of course lah bukan my parents, since both of them were in the hall with me. I would say it's a traditional to have flowers on your convocation day. Only on that particular day (I'm not sure about 'other' days) men don't look weird holding a bouquet of roses or lilies, or tulips or any flower else.

These are the 2 bouquet dressings, which I would prefer. They have other different types as well. What I love most about them is all of them look effortlessly gorgeous but still simple and I think easily to be done. I really like how this bouquet dressing looks like. My parents went to Langkawi a couple weeks ago.. Suddenly my mother called up and told me that she did have a look at the 'hantaran' things.. What she meant was the 'alas hantaran' minus the 'tapak'. She said they were quite cheap. I'm not sure how cheap they were. The thing is when we were having the conversation, he was there as well. Then he said 'Tgk je kan..'.. I could see panic striked in his eyes. Speechless..

I know it's too early since we haven't set any date for our big day yet.. But knowing me and my dear are way too fussy and particular in picking even one small thing (not all the time though). Normally it's my dear nowadays. Dah terbalik kuang sekarang. So, the first shop ever I entered was My Diamond @ Midvalley. We only went to survey for him since there are so many choices in the market for ladies. No need to panic yet. 1st stop-no result.

Then the other day, I went strolling at Midvalley then dropped by at Gold Heart. Same purpose. Went to look for his ring. Ms. Winnie showed me some collection of 'Something Blue'. This one took my eyes.. Macam beli tuk sendiri lak.

I would say whenever considered northern, their service is applicable. Their package starts from RM250 (for a canopy). Quite true actually. If I let him do both, then we ended up doing nothing occasionally.
It's tiring sometime especially if I do both.

Nak Bagi Jam Berdiri

This may be an old info for some of you but to me it is a new thing. I found about this when I went to survey watches at Isetan, The Gardens. Terjumpa lah satu jam Fossil yang sangat cantik. Putih lak tue. So bridal-ish.. But then, I was kinda hesitate since Fossil watches come in a tin case. Nampak macam teenager, for youngsters perhaps. Tapi tin tu maybe one small issue ja pun. Boleh replace dengan case yang lain. Biasa lah bila x mau beli lagi mmg akan jadi camtu. Then I asked her how are we going to 'stand' the watch on the 'dulang'. Pehtue, dia cakap boleh ja nak bagi tempat 'stand' yang mcm kita selalu tgk kat display. OOO.. Never thought about that before. Tapi mungkin ikut org lah jugak kan. Kalau dah dia x mau bagi x boleh nak watper kan. So, there goes one tip for me..

My 1st Stuff

I may not want a grand big day or a lavish dais (since I don't want the 'bersanding' part). So, a simple dais would be fine. That's what I thought. But... I want my 'hantaran' stuffs to be good.. I mean real goooood!! I really hope my budget would fit in to all the stuffs that I want. Takder la sampai nak beg Gucci or LV. Yang high standard macam tue, saya tidak mampu. Oleh itu, hantaran saya adalah setakat yang saya mampu lah kan. So, I had started to survey things online. That's what I am good at. So, little by little, I hope I'll find all the things that I want.

The red stuff in the picture was the 1st stuff that I got. Been eyeing that for quite sometime. Alhamdulillah.

I've always dream that my big day would be as simple as it could be. Since the budget is tight, so the plan need to go according to the $$ right. We still have a life after the big day so I think it would be best if we can minimize everything. But then we'll never know when I turn into a bridezilla later on.

My big day one day (insyaAllah) will be held at my parents' house (hometown) in Sg.Petani (wajib lah kan), Kedah. It would very helpful if some of you who happened to drop by here share ideas and places where I can get gorgeous dresses, makeup services etc somewhere around here. Since I am staying at KL about 345 km from my hometown, any ideas are appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

As the topic says..
It was 10th December 2009 when he said

' Boleh kot tahun depan..'

It was in the middle out of our conversation scope when he uttered those words. Sangat tak romantik!! But then, I was like "What's that? Mind repeating to me those words again?" Dengan gaya tadah telinga ala-ala Fazura dalam Pisau Cukur bila bercakap dengan Aaron Aziz. It's been months I had stop discussing (note : I) about the big day topic. Harus la kan bila semua orang asyik cakap 'lapaq nasik minyak hang ni.. bila lagi'. Yang bertanya pula bujang-bujang trang trang lak.. Haih.

Oleh itu, sekarang saya dengan gaya konfidennya menjawab "InsyaAllah ada rezeki ada la". Dulu tak boleh nak bgtau. Serius kosong bila orang tanya bila lagi. Nak marah pun ada. Bukan kita yang decide bila hari kebesaran tersebut. To me, when we want to be a couple (note:couple), it's true the ladies decide whether they wanted to be with the guy or not. BUT!! For the big day, the guy decides (different couple different cases). Saper tak setuju angkat tangan!!! Unless, if I had the courage to go 'meminang' the guy, that would be a different story. Honestly, I don't see that kind of situation coming. So, guys take note ya.. Do not keep your ladies wondering whether you want them or not. It may sounds harsh but truth always hurt. Now I see why some long-term couple didn't make it to the altar (because of soooo many other unexplainable reasons). I pray hard that won't happen to me.
